The company is proudly owned and operated by a professional with a background in public safety and law enforcement, offering a strong foundation in accountability, crisis management, and adherence to legal protocols.

The owner holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Criminal Justice, providing a deep understanding of family law, custody matters, and the legal responsibilities associated with supervised visitation. She is currently completing her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, further strengthening her ability to build structured, ethical, and effective systems that protect and serve families at the highest standard.

In addition to her academic and professional background, the owner is:

  • CPR and AED Certified
  • SIDS (Sudden Infant Death Syndrome) Trained
  • Certified in Mediation and Conflict Resolution
  • Trained in Emergency Management and Responsiveness
  • Recognized by the California Early Care and Education Workforce Registry
  • Certified in Mandated Reporter Training
  • Formally Trained through the Court-Approved Desert Training Program for Professional Supervised Visitation Monitors
  • Cleared through California Department of Social Services (CDSS) Approved Providers
  • Holds Guardian Background Clearance for work involving vulnerable populations

With a full understanding of the sensitivity and legal requirements surrounding supervised visitation, she ensures that all services adhere to strict enforcement and reporting standard guidelines, in accordance with the California Family Code and local court mandates.

At Aceso.Oasis Professional Supervised Visits, LLC, all services are provided in full compliance with California Family Code §3200.5 and the Supervised Visitation Standards of Practice adopted by the Judicial Council of California.

By enrolling in our services, all parties agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Court Compliance: Visits must adhere strictly to the specifications outlined in the court order. We cannot modify or extend visitation terms without written court authorization.
  • Intake Requirement: Both visiting and custodial parties must complete a full intake and orientation session before services can begin. Intake includes review of legal documentation, safety planning, and agreement to visitation policies.
  • Confidentiality: All parties must respect the confidentiality of other families and clients. Case details and observations are not shared unless required by court order or law (e.g., mandated reporting).
  • Mandated Reporting: As professional providers, we are mandated reporters. Any signs of abuse, neglect, or threats to child safety will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
  • Timeliness and Attendance: Parties must arrive on time and adhere to scheduled appointments. No-shows or late arrivals may result in cancellation or termination of services.
  • Prohibited Conduct: No violence, threats, substance use, or unauthorized individuals are allowed during visits. Any violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.
  • Fees and Payments: Payment must be made in advance unless prior arrangements are approved. Services are billed according to the rates discussed during intake.

These terms are in place to protect the safety, emotional well-being, and legal rights of the child and all parties involved. By choosing Aceso.Oasis, you are agreeing to uphold a professional, respectful, and child-centered visitation experience.

At Aceso.Oasis Professional Supervised Visits, LLC, we aim to make the payment process as simple and convenient as possible for our clients.
